Delete your Dragon Blast account and the data linked to it.

Dragon Blast hesabınızı ve ona bağlı verileri silin.

You can delete your Dragon Blast account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways.

Option 1 — inside the Game

  1. Open Dragon Blast and go to Profile → Account.
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — by email (no need to open the Game)

  1. Send an email to developer@spear.games with the subject Delete my Dragon Blast account.
  2. Write from the email address linked to your account, and include your player name.
  3. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in link (Google or Apple)
  • Cloud-saved progress, characters, coins and settings
  • Your social profile, friend and team memberships, and support requests

What we may keep

  • Records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase and accounting records
  • Anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you
Playing without an account? Your progress is stored only on your device. Resetting progress in Settings or uninstalling the Game removes it, and we hold no account data about you.

  3. Talebinizi onaylar ve silme işlemini 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.

Neler silinir

  • Hesabınız ve giriş bağlantınız (Google veya Apple)
  • Buluta kaydedilmiş ilerleme, karakterler, coin ve ayarlar
  • Sosyal profiliniz, arkadaş ve takım üyelikleriniz ile destek talepleriniz

Neleri saklayabiliriz

  • Yasal olarak saklamamız gereken kayıtlar (ör. satın alma ve muhasebe kayıtları)
  • Sizi tanımlayamayan anonimleştirilmiş, toplulaştırılmış istatistikler
Hesapsız mı oynuyorsunuz? İlerlemeniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Ayarlar'dan ilerlemeyi sıfırlamak veya Oyunu kaldırmak onu siler; sizinle ilgili hesap verisi tutmayız.
